The Summer Camp cottage is quite unique. We enjoyed our stay and loved the vibe of Cape Charles. We had great weather and were able to enjoy time on the beach.

We really enjoyed staying at the beach cottage. It was so adorable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely plan on booking the cottage again. Highly recommend this cottage. Hosts were friendly and responsive.

This place was so perfect for a weekend getaway! Clean, well stocked, comfortable. Super walkable area and the hosts were so responsive. It matches the description perfectly and was so cozy and that loft is so cool! We got a late checkout which was so kind and let us enjoy a lazy morning on our last day. We’ll be back to Summer Camp again!!

The house was great- wonderful location, clean and full of charm. Any questions we had prior to our stay, even prior to booking, was answered quickly. The house had everything you needed which was very convenient. Linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, soap, and little things one may not think of was all there for your usage. The porch swing added to that southern charm, and it was beautifully decorated. Felt very homey. Wonderful street and super close to everything in town. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at Phillip and Katie’s place! It’s the perfect place for kids - everything is walking distance and the home itself is full of charm. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time! The house was so clean! It had everything we needed and more. Our favorite was the front porch. It made for such a restful trip. Highly recommend it!!!

Phillip and Katie were awesome from the start!!! The place was amazing and gorgeous. Anytime I messaged them I always got a very quick response. We had some issues with the golf cart as it was charged all the way from the last people - but when I messaged them they were very quick and wanted to resolve it right away. Nothing but a fantastic experience. When I go back I will definitely be staying in one of there properties again!!! Also the absolutely lovedddd the bathroom !
